When I was young, my mother didn't have to work and she was home all day, helping us with homeworks and being there for us. Nowadays most parents, both mother and father, need to work to support their family, and kids are left either with another family member or with a person that takes care of them, and in some cases the children are left in a day-care center. This has to be takes very seriosly, because kids are very different from what we were 25 years ago....... Parents need to be more attentive with their kids, just the other day I had a meeting with a mother that said that she had so much work that she hadn't been able to pay any attention to her kids. I understand that maintaining a social-economic status is important, but I ask, "How much are you willing to sacrifize from your kids for a few more dollars in your pocket?, money comes and goes, and it only gives you happiness for a moment, then you just want more, but your kids will only live that day one time, and the things that happen to them are not going to be repeated. The GW program should be taken not only in the professional life, but also in the personal and family lives!!!!
