We are seeing movement in the APA and similar organizations toward definition of specific competencies for psychologists. The competencies may eventually become the central focus in planning training and evaluation of students. In GoodWork terms, this would leave two thirds of the model out. I'm wondering if anyone else is thinking about this issue and if so, what you think and have you taken any action yet?
